Works or concert experiences that shaped me:

Working with Eberhardt Feltz on Ligeti’s 1st String Quartet. The first live concert after Pandemic Lockdowns with my quartet, the Javus Quartet. Experiencing the Hagen Quartet with the Shostakovich cycle at the Konzerthaus Vienna.

I would like a work for my instrument by this composer (and why?):

I find it difficult, there is a really extensive repertoire for the violin.

I would get up in the middle of the night for that:

For a person who is important to me and needs my help.

Special/curious own concert experience:

A concert with the Javus Quartet and Jean Sulem with Brahms 1st String Quintet in the women’s prison in Tel Aviv.

My most valuable tip for the next generation of musicians:

Be curious and courageous, try out many things.

That's what I wish for the future of the classical music scene:

More support for young ensembles.

My next project:

Schubert Quartettsatz und Bartók 4. Streichquartett.
